Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Pitney Bowes, in an ERISA claim in Hartford Federal Court; Citadel Security Agency, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Aquatic Architects, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; Darden Corp., and Sky Plumbing, in Orlando Federal Court.
