A woman says she was constructively fired because bosses at Ameriquest Mortgage Co. refused to rein in harassment from her manager, who told her, "Don't pitch the bitch; talk to the man," and other offensive comments, in New Haven Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Lee & Kent Corp., Unlimited PCS, and A Security Max, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Valley Aggregate Transport, in Sacramento Superior Court; Panera Bread Co., in Contra Costa County Court, Calif.; Sigma Capital, in Cincinnati Federal Court; Metro Brokers Financial, in Atlanta Federal Court; Club 720, in Chicago Federal Court; Calvary Transport Services, and G.R.A.C.E. Community Services, in Houston Federal Court; Allure Homes Improvements, and East Coast Restoration & Consulting Corp., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Rochester General Health System, in Monroe County Court, N.Y.; the City of Leesburg, in Ocala, Fla., Federal Court; and Life Strategies of Arkansas, in Jonesboro, Ark., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
