Bluegrass Cooperage allowed employees to hang nooses in a black employee's work area, and fired him when he complained about it, the man claims in Jefferson County Court, Ky.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Siemens Building Technologies, Professional Transit, and A-1 First Class Moving & Storage, in Manhattan Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
