Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Swift Transportation Co., Ben's Asphalt and Skeffington Enterprises, in Orange County Court, Calif.; WSA Security, in Riverside Superior Court, Calif.; Cipriani USA, and Tacolandia, in Manhattan Federal Court; Sterling National Mortgage Co., Golden Global Travel, Front-Line Security Agency, and Jacky Chan's Kitchen, in Brooklyn Federal Court; Stucco Texture & Plaster, in Tampa Federal Court; Winter Park Elderly Services, in Orlando Federal Court; and Cudd Pumping, in Denver Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
