Employment

A former employee claims First Transit's office manager in Lombard, Ill., called her into his office and dropped his pants, ejaculated in her hotel room bed during a business conference, and otherwise harassed her, in Chicago Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: L3 Communications, on behalf of translators who worked with U.S. armed forces, in San Diego Superior Court, El Cajon; Insight Health Services, Fiesta Warehouse, and Andrews International and Advanced Tech Security, in Los Angeles Superior Court; the California Department of Corrections, on behalf of black and Latino employees, in Sacramento Superior Court; Regis Corp., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Brandsway International, and Sing Tao Newspapers New York, in Manhattan Federal Court; and Apple Grove Retirement Home, in Memphis Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
