A former inspector for the New Mexico Environment Department claims he was fired for reporting that a supervisor was taking bribes, in Albuquerque Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Target, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Waddell & Reed, in San Diego Federal Court; The Travelers Indemnity Co., in Sacramento Superior Court; 3PD, in Seattle Federal Court; Com2 Computers and Technologies, in Chicago Federal Court; ATM Solutions, in Cincinnati Federal Court; Jeans Plus, in Manhattan Federal Court; Efficient Attic Systems, in Dallas Federal Court; Santa Fe Protective Services, in Montgomery, Ala., Federal Court; RA Johnson Inc., in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and A Bales Professional Association, in Tampa Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
