A woman claims Barry Wells assaulted her and forced her to give him oral sex during a job interview at Automotive Facilities in Richardson, Texas, in Collin County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: IKEA California, and International Paper Co., in Orange County Court, Calif.; Pacific Coachworks, in Riverside County Court, Calif.; Tyco Electronics, in San Mateo County Court, Calif.; AC Ramirez Floor Covering, in Santa Barbara Superior Court, Calif.; Kraft Foods Global, in DuPage County Court, Ill.; Arrow Trucking Co., in Tulsa Federal Court; Jacaranda Club dba Sapphire New York, and The Executive Club dba Penthouse Executive Club, in Manhattan Federal Court; GEI Investigative Inc., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Robert Half International, and Central Florida Investments and Westgate Resorts, in Orlando Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
