A woman says her boss at Nebraska Furniture Mart, Mike Gonzalez, sexually groped her, asked her to "take him to the park and suck his dick," and the company retaliated for her truthful report of the sexual harassment by firing her while she was on family leave for the death of her husband, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Delmonico's Lobster House, Bebe Stores, Estes Express Lines, and Islands Restaurants, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Red Robin International, in Ventura County Court, Simi Valley, Calif.; PPG Industries, in Pittsburgh Federal Court; RE Crawford Construction, in Tampa Federal Court; Steele Truck Center, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court; and Alanis Security and Wackenhut, in Miami Federal Court.
(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
