Dr. Donald Ehrenburger told an assistant that she had to "show him how to pour a drink with her breasts ... or her job would be in jeopardy," sexually pawed her, and asked "if he 'could go down on her,'" constructively firing her, she claims in Pittsburgh Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Schneider National, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Mobile Magic of California dba AT&T dba Cingular Wireless, in Orange County Court; Peninsula Household Services, in San Jose Federal Court; St. John Hospital and Medical Center, in Detroit Federal Court; Thomson Reuters (Tax and Accounting), in Houston Federal Court; Amsted Industries, in E. St. Louis Federal Court; Barbetta Restaurant, in Manhattan Federal Court; Belvedere Commons, in Columbia, Tenn., TAJ Investments, in Memphis Federal Court; Federal Court; Keiser University, in Tampa Federal Court; and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co., in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
