A nurse claims he was fired from the Santa Cruz Surgery Center for objecting to the CEO's Christian proselytizing and playing of Christian music in operating rooms, and he says he's not the only who's been fired for it, in Santa Cruz County Court, Calif.

The Allen County War Memorial Coliseum racially harassed a worker with an Aunt Jemima doll hung on his locker, and a hangman's noose drawn on it, he claims in Allen County Court, Ind.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Wells Fargo, and Bebe Stores, in Los Angeles Superior Court; OSP Services and RJE Telecom, for a mass layoff, in Manhattan Federal Court; Moody International Americas, in Lufkin, Texas, Federal Court; the Albemarle County School Board, on behalf of bus drivers, in Charlottesville, Va., Federal Court; and Hi-Gear Communications, in Houston Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
