Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: 24 Hour Fitness USA, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Jim & Jack's Inc., in Los Angeles Superior Court; Brite Smile, in Los Angeles Federal Court; Wine Steals Inc., in San Diego Superior Court; CRST International, in Sacramento Federal Court; Pak Am Gas, in Manhattan Federal Court; the Wyndham O'Hare hotel, for a mass layoff, in Chicago Federal Court; Lakeside Behavioral Health System, in Memphis Federal Court; and Canonsburg General Hospital and West Penn Allegheny Health System, in Allegheny Court of Common Pleas, Pittsburgh.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
