A woman claims her boss at Kusa Aviation, Kyle Knupple, masturbated in her presence, asked her to watch him masturbate more than once, ejaculated on her hand as she sat next to him on an airplane, and fired her for objecting to all this, in Jefferson County Court, Beaumont, Texas.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: University of Phoenix and Apollo Group, and Tween Brands, in Sacramento Federal Court; ACS Enterprises, LA Executive Towing Service, and Black and White Garage, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Fueling and Service Technologies, in Santa Ana, Calif., Federal Court; Arrow Trucking Co., for a mass layoff, in Tulsa Federal Court; Network Engineering Technologies, in Orlando Federal Court; and KDXpress, in Delta, Miss., Federal Court.
