El Pollo Loco and Closet World face class action labor complaints in Los Angeles Superior Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Deutsche Bank, in Manhattan Federal Court; Losardo General Contractors, in New York County Court; Smurfit Stone Container Corp., in an ERISA complaint in Kansas City, Mo., Federal Court; Uptown Drink and Spin Night Club, in Minneapolis Federal Court; PPG Architectural Finishes, in Chattanooga Federal Court; LCS Corrections Services, for a mass layoff, in Selma, Ala., Federal Court; and All to Z Co. and All Alliance USA, in Orlando Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
