A manager for Saipan Grand Hotel and Tan Holdings entered an employee's room while she slept and undressed and sexually fondled her, the EECO claims in Northern Mariana Islands Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Godiva Chocolatier, Mariposa Horticultural Enterprises, and CBC Restaurant Corp., in Los Angeles Superior Court; IBM, in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Kindred Healthcare, in Chicago Federal Court; US Fidelis, for a mass layoff, in St. Louis Federal Court; Royce Security Services, in Cuyahoga County Court, Cleveland; Oppenheimer & Co., in Brooklyn Federal Court; Andiamo of Dearborn, in Detroit Federal Court; Network Express, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; and Primate Products, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
