The Roman Catholic Archbishop of Los Angeles employed a head groundskeeper at Calvary Cemetery with a history of sexual harassment and he assaulted and sexually battered a guard there, she claims in Santa Barbara County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Sega Entertainment, and Triangle Services, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Kinder Morgan, Oak Harbor Freight Lines, Examination Management Services, and Alstyle Apparel, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Performant Financial Corp., in Alameda County Court, Oakland; C.A.P. Restaurant Corp., in Manhattan Federal Court; and Allegro Group of SWFL, in Fort Myers, Fla., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
