A woman claims her boss at RSR Group, Lou Cameron, forced her to have sexual intercourse with him at work, forcing her to quit, and says RSR fired a male co-worker who stood up for her, in Tarrant County Court, Fort Worth.

A school bus driver claims her boss at Michael's Transportation Service, Allen Douglas, who also is a Baptist minister, forced her to submit to sex and oral sex after she asked for more hours, in Solano County Court, Calif.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Thrifty Payless/Rite-Aid, The Eleventh Dimension, Global Express Group, and The Vine Studio, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Cerutti Brothers and 1st Choice Labor, in Stanislaus County Court, Calif.; American Eagle Express dba AEX Group, in Camden, N.J., Federal Court; Terra Infotech, in Newark Federal Court; Atlantic Restaurant and Boathouse Bar, in Suffolk County Court, Boston; TGT Consulting and The Green Turtle Franchising Corp., in Baltimore Federal Court; Wageworks, in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; and JNJ Express, in Memphis Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
