Target stiffed workers for overtime, a class action claims in Orange County Court, Calif.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: ING Direct and ING Mortgage, in Los Angeles Federal Court;

AAA Fire Protection, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Comerica Bank, in an ERISA complaint in Ann Arbor Federal Court; Newcor, for medical benefits, in Detroit Federal Court; YRC Worldwide, in an ERISA complaint in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; Ahern Painting Contractors and Tristate Security Consultants, in Queens County Court, N.Y.; Figgins Trees & Turf, in Chicago Federal Court; and ServPro of Greater Birmingham, in Birmingham, Ala., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
