A woman claims the owner of O'Daniel Honda demoted for lacking his "testicular fortitude" after she underwent surgery, and fired her when she complained about the demotion, in Douglas County Court, Omaha.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, J.B. Hunt Transport, National Stores, and Custom Design Furniture, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Ross Stores, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; The Trizetto Group, in Sacramento Federal Court; Compucom Systems dba Excell Data, in King County Court, Seattle; Citizens Financial Group and Citizens Bank of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia Federal Court; AHF/Central States, in Nashville Federal Court; Manhattan Associates, in Atlanta Federal Court; and La Poderosa Supermarket, in Greenbelt, Md., Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
