CVS Caremark violates the Labor Code, a class action claims in Boston Federal Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Country Service Corp. (health-care centers), Labite.com, and Western Supreme, in Los Angeles Superior Court; The Vons Cos., in Kern County Court, Bakersfield; H&R Block, in Kansas City, Mo., Federal Court; Lenscrafters dba Luxottica Retail, in Cook County Court; Houston International Aircraft Support, and Odyssey Healthcare of Houston, in Houston Federal Court; Kopper Kitchen, in Tampa Federal Court; and Hartford Fire Insurance, in Orlando Federal Court.

(Companies not separated by commas are defendants in the same case.)
