Three women say Mark Chrisley of Chrisley Asset Management fired them after they complained of his sexual harassment. They say three other women already had sued Chrisley for this, and that Chrisley asked one of the new plaintiffs, who survived cancer by having a double mastectomy, "Are your tits real?", in Atlanta Federal Court.
Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: RJ Financial, in Los Angeles Superior Court; Ziprealty, in Alameda County Court, Oakland; Compucom Systems dba Excell Data, in Seattle Federal Court; The Judge Group dba Judge Technical Staffing, in Chicago Federal Court; Ingersoll-Rand, in New York County Court; Chester Downs and Marina, in Philadelphia Federal Court; Irving Holdings, in Dallas Federal Court; Paramount Building Solutions and Target, in Albuquerque state court; Cibola Emprise dba The Greenbriar, in Boulder, Colo., County Court; Wal-Mart Stores, in Opelika, Ala., Federal Court; Uptown Drink and Spin Night Club, in Hennepin County Court, Minneapolis; St. Clair Health & Rehab, in Gadsden, Ala., Federal Court; and Instar Services Group, in Tampa Federal Court.
