A former teacher imprisoned for possession of child pornography says that all that happened off campus; he sued the Massachusetts Teachers Retirement System for his retirement benefits, in Worcester County Court.

Class-action complaints alleging Labor Code violations have been filed against these defendants: Bestway Supermarkets, and Domino's Pizza, in Los Angeles Superior Court; APS National Services, in Orange County Court, Calif.; Mutual of Omaha Insurance, in Contra Costa County Court, Calif.; 8X8 Inc., in Santa Clara County Court, Calif.; Chicago Carriage Cab, in Chicago Federal Court; Lockheed Martin, in Alexandria, Va., Federal Court; PBK Architects, and Tiendas Unidas, in Houston Federal Court; Tri-County Access Co., in Pittsburgh Federal Court; Ingersoll-Rand, in New York County Court; Stonegate Mortgage Corp., in Kansas City, Kan., Federal Court; and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, Olympic Plumbing and Heating, and Dahill Moving & Storage, in Manhattan Federal Court.
