Eric Schyman, a news editor, claims KVVU Broadcasting let employees harass him with anti-Semitic comments, including calling his desire to meet Joan Rivers the "ultimate gay Jew fantasy," then fired him after he complained, in Clark County Court, Las Vegas.

A worker sued P&O Terminal Link and Adrian Novcaski, claiming that after Novcaski hit her so hard, on the job, that it gave her "a concussion and a deviated septum," she was told, "Maybe now you will think twice before you mess with any more longshoremen," in Houston Federal Court.
