BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Four black employees say Kent Sales & Service Corp. and its owner allowed a hangman's noose to be displayed openly at work and responded to their complaints of racist graffiti in bathrooms by padlocking the bathrooms shut, in Federal Court.
