NEW ORLEANS (CN) - Best Chevrolet failed to discipline an employee who doused a disabled co-worker's shoes with brake fluid and set him on fire, the disabled man's mother claims in Federal Court. Martha Clark says her son is mentally impaired and wheelchair-bound with cerebral palsy, and his bosses refused to report the attack to supervisors or police, and tried to bribe him to keep quiet about it.
