Employee Insists Bipolar Disorder Should Be Covered As A Physicial, Not A Mental, Disease

SAN FRANCISCO (CN) - Credit Suisse First Boston is illegally denying an employee benefits because it misclassifies her disability, bipolar disorder, as a "mental illness" rather than "a neurobiological disorder that affects the physical structure and chemical processes of the brain," she claims in Federal Court.
