NEW ORLEANS — An appeals court in Louisiana upheld the dismissal of Nick Loeb’s suit against actress Sofia Vergara in a fight over two frozen embryos that were created when they were a couple. Loeb couldn’t prove he resides in Louisiana, and it is clear he “blatantly engaged in forum shopping” as he decided to file suit in the state because it views embryos as humans.
