PHILADELPHIA - The National Credit Union Administration Board demands $2.8 million from two former officers who pleaded guilty to embezzling from the defunct Borinquen Federal Credit Union: Ignacio Morales ($2.3 million) and Miqueas Santana ($529,000), in Federal Court.
