COLUMBUS, Ohio — An Ohio appeals court ruled the state is not required to accept electronic absentee ballots submitted via fax or email, overturning a lower court’s preliminary injunction entered in favor of the Democratic Party. Voters have not shown they will suffer irreparable harm without being able to vote electronically, because they have ample time to submit an absentee ballot.
