WASHINGTON (CN) - Smoking Everywhere Inc. wants the Federal Court to enjoin the US FDA from regulating electronic cigarettes, which "allow a user to inhale a liquid nicotine vapor for the purpose of 'smoking' pleasure."
Plaintiff, based in Sunrise, Fla., imports and distributes electronic smokes. It is represented by Kip Schwartz with Thompson Hine.
