The Minnesota Chamber of Commerce sued the Ramsey County Attorney (of St. Paul), claiming the recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election Commission allows it to spend money as it likes "to promote or defeat the candidacy of individuals" to state offices, in Minneapolis Federal Court.
