The Democratic National Committee sued the Arizona secretary of state in federal court for using a method of ballot-creation that will list all Republican candidates first in all statewide races in 11 of the state’s 15 counties; the DNC filed a similar lawsuit against Texas, in Austin Federal Court; and against Georgia, in Atlanta.

PHOENIX — The Democratic National Committee brought a federal complaint against the Arizona secretary of state for using a method of ballot-creation that will list all Republican candidates first in all statewide races in 11 of the state’s 15 counties. The DNC filed a similar lawsuit against Texas, in Austin Federal Court; and against Georgia, in Atlanta.
