The Federal Trade Commission claims OTA Franchise Corporation, Newport Exchange Holdings, Neh Services, all dba Online Trading Academy, led by Eyal Shachar, target elderly people in a $100 million-plus bogus investment “training” scam, in L.A. Federal Court.

SANTA ANA, Calif. — The Federal Trade Commission claims in a federal complaint that OTA Franchise Corporation, Newport Exchange Holdings and Neh Services, all dba Online Trading Academy, led by Eyal Shachar, target elderly people in a $100 million-plus bogus investment “training” scam.
