The Ninth Circuit reversed the denial of Brookdale Senior Living’s motion to compel a resident to arbitrate his elder financial abuse, Consumer Legal Remedies Act, and California Business and Professions Code claims, finding they are founded on a residency agreement. Brookdale operates more than 800 senior living and retirement communities in the U.S.
