It accused Brake Depot of discriminating against Hispanic employees, in San Diego Federal Court. It sued Ralph's Grocery Co. in Chicago Federal Court, accusing it of disability discrimination and retaliating against an employee who sued Ralph's for its illegal, mandatory arbitration policy.
