EEOC Says Family Dollar Discriminates

CHICAGO (CN) - The EEOC sued Family Dollar stores in Federal Court, claiming it racially discriminates against "dark-skinned African American employees," harasses them and subjects them to "a hostile and abusive work environment because of their color," and does all this intentionally. See complaint.
