HOUSTON (CN) - The Sonic Drive-In at Kingwood refused to discipline a manager who sexually preyed upon teen-age employees, fondling them, trapping them in a storage room, and threatening one with a knife after she rebuffed his advances, the EEOC says in Federal Court.
The EEOC says the offending manager, Chris Kaluderovic aka Chris Mann, is the stepson of the owner, Robert Mann Jr.
The EEOC demands an injunction and damages for the injured women.
