Eagles and 76ers win discovery

PHILADELPHIA — A federal court in Pennsylvania declined to dismiss lawsuits brought by the Eagles and 76ers, who say their insurance companies failed to properly cover their Covid-19 business damages claims. The sports teams have alleged physical damage to their properties by citing the presence of the virus on the surfaces and in the air of their venues.
