E-Qual in Arizona

PHOENIX — Arizona's elections chief Katie Hobbs preemptively sued state Attorney General Mark Brnovich to stop him from prosecuting her for taking the state's automated "E-Qual" candidate nomination portal offline for routine, legal and required maintenance.
