RICHMOND, Va. — Tobacco company Altria Group — the parent company of Philip Morris — announced Tuesday that an administrative law judge dismissed the Federal Trade Commission’s complaint challenging its investment in e-cigarette company Juul Labs as anticompetitive. It says the ruling will be publicly available later this month.
