Duravest Demands $54 Million In RICO Claim

MANHATTAN (CN) - Duravest demands $53.5 million from Viscardi AG and others, accusing them of selling it shares in Bio-Magnetic Therapy Systems that they knew or should have known were "worthless or nearly worthless." Also named as defendants in the federal RICO securities fraud claim are Wollmuth Maher & Deutsch LLP, Mason Drake, Bruce O'Donnell, Biomedical Consultant SL, Richard Markoll, and Ernestine Markoll.
