MINEOLA, N.Y. (CN) - Dun & Bradstreet is accused of failing to detect Agape World's alleged $400 million Ponzi scheme, costing an investor $75,000. John Scherillo says he lost his money due to Dun & Bradstreet's grossly negligent report, which came out less than 4 months before the Ponzi scheme crashed.
Scherillo sued in Nassau County Court. He is represented by Eliot Bloom.
