Duke Energy contract

WASHINGTON — The D.C. Circuit upheld a federal energy regulator’s ruling that Duke Energy's power purchase agreement with customer North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency does not prohibit the latter from using battery storage technology to reduce metered demand during peak load hours.
