Due process for art teacher

MADISON, Wis. — A Wisconsin middle school art teacher who was fired and criminally prosecuted after a student falsely accused her of inappropriate touching claims in court that school officials aided and abetted the malicious prosecution by ignoring exculpatory evidence.
