Drunk Cop Broke Her Back, Mom Says

NEW ORLEANS (CN) - A police officer, driving drunk on duty, rear-ended an SUV with his police car on Interstate 55, breaking a mother's back and sending her and her two children to the emergency room, the mom claims in Federal Court. She sued the City of Tickfaw and police Officer Joseph Starns.
