A lower court improperly granted summary judgment to Johnson & Johnson in a case in which two men claim they developed enlarged breasts as a result of taking an anti-psychotic drug manufactured the company, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled, finding that the company’s statute of limitations defense must be submitted to a jury.
