Drug Raid

<span style="font-weight: 400;">An appeals court in Texas <a href="http://www.courthousenews.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/drugraid.pdf"><strong>upheld</strong></a> a ruling against the City of Houston in a suit brought by the mother of a woman killed in a high-profile botched drug raid in 2019, known as the “Harding Street” raid. The lower court properly denied the city’s plea to the jurisdiction and the woman may continue to pursue her efforts to depose Houston police officials. </span>

HOUSTON — An appeals court in Texas upheld a ruling against the city of Houston in a suit brought by the mother of a woman killed in a high-profile botched drug raid in 2019, known as the “Harding Street” raid.
