MANHATTAN - Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai sued Neurocrine Biosciences in Federal Court, claiming it's owed 35% of millions of dollars in sublicensing fees for drugs to treat endocrine diseases, including endometriosis and uterine fibroids.
