SAN FRANCISCO – A former Los Angeles Police Department officer was properly convicted of maintaining a drug-involved premises, the Ninth Circuit ruled . The officer’s hashish-oil extraction activities were discovered by firefighters and law enforcement responding to an explosion in his garage drug lab.
