Driving safety risks

NEW ORLEANS — Finding licensing officials can evaluation potential risks stemming from disabilities, the Fifth Circuit dismissed a woman’s civil rights suit alleging she was illegally required to have her doctor fill out a medical questionnaire to renew her driver's license.
