The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of Domino’s in a dispute brought by Prostar Wireless Group after the pizza company declined to provide approval to allow Prostar to sell a GPS-based driver-tracking solution that the company had developed with Domino’s over the course of several years. 

SAN FRANCISCO — The Ninth Circuit upheld a ruling in favor of Domino’s in a dispute brought by Prostar Wireless Group after the pizza company would not approve letting Prostar sell a GPS-based driver-tracking solution that the company had developed with Domino’s over the course of several years.
